Acquisition projects
Despite the pandemic, I was still able to convince important clients to hold their event with us at Messe München GmbH.
The European Championships will therefore carry out their track cycling event in one of our C-halls in August 2022, as well as our regular customers of the German Gynaecology and Senology Association will organize three future congresses with us at the ICM.
Furthermore, I was able to convince two European associations to hold their congresses here in winter 2021.

Exhibition Think Tank project
The Exhibition Think Tank is a global platform for event professionals and was launched in 2020 during the pandemic. Through my participation in numerous networking and sprint sessions, I was able to discuss ideas with industry peers on both reopening the exhibition industry as well as on how to drive innovation as quickly as possible.

Young Professional project
Since 2018 I am entrusted with the responsibility of training and educating our Young Professionals within our Sales Team.
Through the implementation of a high-quality onboarding and development plan via Microsoft Teams, as well as challenging team projects and continuous guidance five apprentices have graduated with very good results.

Association projects
Since 2020, I have been working with great passion with the Leading Centers of Europe and the Seven Centers (of Germany). I regularly discuss industry trends with my international colleagues through ongoing (virtual) networking events.
As a highlight, I was one of the main speakers at the Leading Center/ AC Forum webinar in 2020 presenting best practices for hybrid events in front of more than 90 clients from the congress industry.

Marketing projects
In September and October 2020, I was able to work with UK publisher Mash Media to create two campaigns on both the work of Messe München's venues and best practices during the pandemic.
